PAYMENT
We accept ONLY Paypal payments, all payments must be received within 24 hours of purchases. If you have problems during payments please let us know and we will try to fix them.
If the payment does not come after a week, we will have to cancel the sale.
Any custom fees or duties are responsibility of the buyer.
You can cancel your order, for any reason, only before we ship it. Please write us a message as soon as you change your mind. If it is not too late, we will give your money back via Paypall.
SHIPPING
We are shipping your items worldwide as soon as payment is received. Please notify us if you have any urgency, we will do our best for arriving in time.
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct, let us know if we have to ship to a different address.
Wooood items are great presents, write us if you are interested in gift wraps or direct shipping to guest of honour’s house. We love surprises!
Wooood items are mostly in the south of Italy (Roseto degli Abruzzi, Teramo), if you are close to us and interested in direct delivery, write us, we will be glad to shorten transition times.
We will leave your Wooood items in good hands but once shipped we are not responsible for delayed or damaged packages.
We’ll send all packages by Poste Italiane courier, there’s a tracking number for every shipping and we’re notifying it to you, so you can follow the journey.
Shippings in Italy are delivered within 24-48 hours from dispatch (and we dispatch after receiving payments).
Shippings worldwide are delivered within 48-96 hours from dispatch and follow the same rules as national orders.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you want to return your items, it must be done within 7 days from receipt. We accept return only for INTACT items and in their original package. Items returned must be in their original conditions, buyers will be responsible for returning shipping costs.
